Senior Conference Producer

We are currently seeking 1-2 Senior Conference Producers to work on scaling up our existing events, working on brand new launches and potentially leading new content brands as part of the LBCG's 2014/15 growth plan.

LBCG is a privately owned, research led conference production business with expertise in developing niche, learning focused, executive level summits across some of the hottest vertical sub-industries in the world including key functions within oil and gas, new materials, manufacturing, automotive, rail and water management.

You would produce at least one of conference from our existing portfolio to learn our processes and values with the aim of moving on, as soon as possible, to more challenging projects including:

* Launching existing events into brand new geographical markets

* Launching launch brand new events in new industries

* Scaling-up high performing events through content driven project management

* Editorially and commercially leading new content brands within each of our key markets

CRITERIA

* 2.1 degree or above

* Eligibility to work in the UK

* Minimum 12 months commercial conference production experience.

NOTE: People who have experience in commercial conference sales but with exposure to production will be considered also.
