We are looking for 3 commercially aware, genuinely success-hungry graduates to train as Conference Producers and go onto produce some of the world's leading, executive-level learning congresses.

About The Role...

It is important to understand that this is not a logistics or events management job, but a research, editorial and sales-driven role. The dynamic multi-faceted role of a conference producer involves:

• Conducting in-depth research with senior decision-makers at FTSE 100 companies to determine the content for the conference agenda
• Writing detailed and engaging conference agendas that deliver specific commercial benefits
• Securing top-level speakers from some of the world's largest and most well known companies
• Driving the sponsorship sales and marketing campaign, individually and through dedicated sales and marketing teams
• Spearheading the running and management of the event on the day

About You...

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are extremely ambitious, driven and able to take an energetic and enthusiast approach to telephone-based research, programme writing and speaker acquisition
• Take a positive and solutions-focused approach to overcoming challenges in order to reach ambitious goals
• Have a genuine unwaveringly determined approach to achieving success
• Have at least one years experience working in a commercially-driven (ideally sales) environment and are looking to apply those skills to a more intellectually engaging and creative environment
• Have a strong academic record and are able to translate academic intelligence into business-acumen and commercial success
• Are motivated by financial rewards and are willing to put in the hard work necessary to achieve them
• Want to take advantage of an unrivalled training process to develop a transferable set of skills that can be applied to any business-focused career
