Head Of Website Content Production & Delivery

We are seeking a Head Of Website Content Production & Delivery to join LBCG during one of the most exciting periods in our history.

You will be responsible for producing the online content for a series of new launch "content brands" - a series of stand alone micro businesses based on established LBCG Conferences and networking communities.

Initially reporting to the CEO (during the project launch phase) as well as the London Managing Director, it will be your responsibility to produce high quality content across all multi media platforms. There will also be dotted line reporting to the Global Head Of Production to ensure the content delivery is in line with LBCG's production values.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Producing targeted, high impact copy, based on the analysis of LBCG market research and customer data
  • Interviewing internal conference producers and research experts in order to identify content opportunities and stories for diverse target markets
  • Analysing internal transcription data to identify hot commercial topics for the online content
  • Spearheading the delivery of content through new media platforms including mobile apps and online newsletters
  • Project managing all website improvements and ensuring the constant upkeep of all of LBCG's websites generally
  • Project managing the post-production delivery of images, video content and external improvements (including project managing external developers)

Key skills and personal attributes will include :

  • Advanced level copy writing skills with a flair for commercial, benefit driven,     communication
  • Prior experience of writing for the web and digital landscape in the B2B space
  • Strong creative writing talents
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A perfect grasp of the English language and grammar at all times and understand how to write for a B2B audience
  • Positive, forward thinking, proactive approach to work
  • A genuine passion for the latest digital content marketing trends is a must
  • Ability to work to timescales and deliver projects and campaigns on time
  • You must be capable of strong communication internally and take full responsibility for your own work
