An email containing a link to a secure website plus password will be issued to you 7 days after the event concludes.

Payment Policy:

Payment must be received in full within 7 days of registration or before the conference date, which ever comes first. Entrance to the conference may be restricted with the applicant still held liable for the full costs should this policy not be adhered to. All discounts will be void should agreed payment terms not be met. No discounts are available at the door, full price conference passes only will be issued at this point.

Cancellation Policy:

You must notify us by email at least 48 hrs in advance of the conference if you wish to send a substitute participant. If you are unable to find a substitute, please notify London Business Conferences in writing no later than 30 days prior to the conference date and a credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount paid redeemable against any other London Business Conferences conference.

Delegates may not share a pass between multiple attendees without prior authorisation.If you prefer you may request a refund of fees paid less a £75 service charge. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after 30 days prior to the conference date. London Business Conferences reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will not be responsible for airfare hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.

No liability is assumed by London Business Conferences for changes in program, date, content speakers or venue.
